The new plate would act as registration for driving on the streets and exempt you from buying a green sticker from California when visiting the dunes and other areas. HOWEVER, IT ALSO CRIMINALIZES DRIVING ON CLOSED ROADS AND ROADS THAT ARE NOT OPEN!

  “We live in Tucson, and as of Sept 20, 2009 all public riding areas within 100 miles of Tucson have been shut down due to grazing rights or some other reason. We are looking for advocacy resources and people to ride with. Thanks!”
